gglbet Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and gglbet ("Platform", "we" or "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service provided by gglbet, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions stated in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are asked not to continue using the gglbet platform. This Agreement is in addition to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which also form part of the overall terms governing use of the platform.

1 Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following words carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the gglbet website, including all subpages, mobile applications and related digital services.
• "Account" means the registered account opened by a user at gglbet to access betting services.
• "Real Money" refers to funds deposited by the user using a valid payment method.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits credited to a user's account in accordance with the terms of the current promotion.
• "Betting" covers all gaming activities including slots, live casino, sportsbook and other games available on the platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount of bets that must be placed before a bonus can be converted into real money that can be withdrawn.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use gglbet, you must meet the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You are at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• You are registering in your own name and not on behalf of another person.
• You are only permitted to hold one (1) account on the gglbet platform at any given time.
• You are not subject to any prohibition from using betting services by any authority.
• Registration and use of the platform is in accordance with the laws applicable in your country or territory of residence.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. Users are responsible for updating their personal information should any changes occur. gglbet is not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated information.

3 User Account

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Holding multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in all related accounts being terminated and all funds within them being forfeited.

Users are fully responsible for the security of their password and account login details. It is recommended that users:

• Use a strong and unique password for their gglbet account.
• Do not share login details with any other party.
• Log out of the account when using a shared device.
• Report to the gglbet support team immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.

gglbet will never ask for your password via email, message or live chat. Any such communication should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to us.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits into a gglbet account must be made using the payment methods provided by the platform, which are:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX
• Cryptocurrency — USDT, BTC and ETH

Users are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited belong to them or are used with valid authorisation. gglbet reserves the right to reject or hold any deposit suspected of originating from illegal activity or that violates the platform's terms of use.

All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). For deposits made using cryptocurrency, the applicable exchange rate is the current market rate at the time the transaction is processed. gglbet does not bear any foreign exchange losses.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the following guidelines:

• The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is RM100.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 hour after the request is submitted and approved.
• Users must ensure that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are correct before submitting a withdrawal request.
• gglbet reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals above certain amounts.

The wagering requirement for any bonus received must be met in full before the bonus balance can be requested for withdrawal. Real money (non-bonus funds) in the account may be withdrawn at any time subject to the minimum limit set.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

gglbet offers various promotions to registered members. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside the relevant offer. The general terms for all bonuses are as follows:

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 100% of their first deposit, up to a maximum of RM500. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount received.

Another example: deposit RM1,200 → bonus RM500 (maximum cap) → balance RM1,700 → wagering requirement RM500 × 20 = RM10,000.

Bonus entitlements are personal to the user and cannot be transferred. gglbet reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of being obtained through abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or coordination between users to meet wagering requirements improperly.

The gglbet VIP programme consists of four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum — with weekly cashback rates that increase with membership level. Members can receive up to 0.8% cashback per week at the Platinum tier. Further details about the VIP programme are available through the customer support team.

7 Game Rules

All games offered on the gglbet platform are conducted in accordance with the rules set by their respective game providers. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing bets.

gglbet is not responsible for any losses resulting from a user's failure to understand the game rules. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the decision of the system or game provider is final.

In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, gglbet will endeavour to resolve the dispute fairly based on system records. The decision of gglbet management on game dispute matters is final and binding.

8 User Conduct

Users agree not to engage in any conduct that could damage the integrity of the platform or harm other users, including but not limited to:

• Using automated software or tools (bots) to play or place bets.
• Sharing or selling an account to a third party.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or meet bonus requirements.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing activities.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the gglbet platform.

A breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds in the account, and legal action where necessary.

9 Account Termination

Users may request to close their account at any time by contacting the gglbet support team via live chat or email. All valid real money balances will be returned to the user through an appropriate method.

gglbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice if there is any breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, or for legal and regulatory compliance reasons.

As part of our commitment to responsible gambling, users who need a break or wish to self-exclude may contact customer support to activate the self-exclusion feature. During the exclusion period, access to the account will be restricted to protect the user's wellbeing.

10 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, gglbet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including loss of profits or data.

gglbet does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors, interruptions, or downtime. However, we will make every effort to ensure the service runs smoothly and will provide reasonable notice in the event of scheduled maintenance.

11 Data Protection

gglbet collects and processes users' personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on our Privacy Policy page. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, users also agree to how we process your personal information as described in that Privacy Policy.

gglbet uses SSL encryption and appropriate technical security measures to protect users' personal data and financial information from unauthorised access.

12 Amendments to Terms

gglbet reserves the right to amend, update, or improve these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Users will be informed of material changes via a notice on the platform or through their registered email.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment is considered acceptance of the revised terms. If a user does not agree with the amendments, they may close their account before the changes take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the international licensing under which gglbet operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement will be referred to the appropriate authority in accordance with the terms of that licence.
